Electricity, water, bottled gas usage and daily pool and garden maintenance expenses are included in the accommodation fee. You will not be charged any extra fee for these services.

A cash damage deposit of 5,000₺ is taken upon entering the villa for possible damage, loss or breakage. If no problems are detected during the checks on the day of departure, the deposit amount will be refunded to you without interruption.

Our villa is delivered to you completely cleaned. During your stay, pool and garden maintenance is done free of charge by our staff once a day, in the morning or in the evening.

All our villas, which are surrounded by nature, are regularly disinfected. However, in our properties surrounded by nature, there are more insects, flies, etc. than in villas in the city center. There may be a possibility of encountering pests. This warning is not specific to this villa, but is valid for all our properties in nature.
